Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5-10 working days.

We do not ship or deliver on weekends or bank holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, it may cause delays in the delivery and shipment of your goods, if this is the case we will let you know via. email.

All pre orders are aimed to be dispatched within 30 - 60 days.

Reasons we use the pre ordering system include, for the purposes of selling bespoke (made to order) items and also items which are in extremely high demand (sell out very quickly).

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes and such addresses.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Desk-riser is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

It is important that you submit your email and phone number at checkout, for the courier to contact you if any of these charges are due.


Desk-riser is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship from the U.K., so please be aware of additional charges you may have to pay when ordering our goods from outside of the U.K., as we are not liable to pay these charges.

Returns Policy

We offer returns for faulty goods and unopened goods, to start the return process please send us an email. Once we receive the return, we will process it with 5-10 working days, and customers can expect to receive their full refund in that time.
